- Passport, visa, or travel document details you provide for visa processing assistance

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including secure handling of travel and identity documents shared with us for visa processing. As we assist with visa and study abroad applications across 90+ destination countries, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence — including the destination country of your application, where required to process your visa or admission. By using our services, you consent to such transfers as necessary to deliver the service you have requested.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

Our services are intended for individuals who are considering or engaged in study abroad or visa applications, which may include students under 18 applying with parental or guardian involvement.
